About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
- Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
- Implement and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Request.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third‑party tools and platforms.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage work using tools like Jira or ServiceNow Agile 2.0.
- Ensure best practices and adherence to governance and security guidelines.
Yêu cầu
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) – mandatory.
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) – mandatory.
- Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow workflows and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices (ITIL certification preferred).
- Familiarity with AngularJS and UI customization within ServiceNow.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced and constantly evolving environment.
- Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Agile 2.0 in ServiceNow).
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS – ITSM, CSM, or SIR).
- Experience with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, or other advanced ServiceNow capabilities.
- Familiarity with ITSM Pro features.
- Experience with Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, or Service Portal.
