Trách nhiệm chính
- Own end-to-end talent acquisition activities for the Nhon Trach site, serving as primary focal point for Hiring Managers, HR, and business leaders.
- Drive hiring strategies, deliver recruitment excellence, build stakeholder relationships, and ensure site hiring goals are achieved.
- Execute day-to-day recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, presenting, negotiating, and closing candidates.
- Plan workforce growth, contribute to employer branding, process improvements, and talent pipeline development.
- Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives, assess best practices, leverage internal talent sources, and identify top performers for senior-level openings.
- Manage presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, and closing in full lifecycle recruiting.
- Leverage online recruiting resources, job boards, niche sites, and social networking sites to identify and recruit top candidates.
- Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to determine human capital needs and ensure efficient hiring.
- Comply with company security policy and perform other duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's Degree required; degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of eight (8) years experience in full lifecycle recruiting, including 3+ years executive/senior leadership recruiting.
- Proven ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions at national, international, and multi-location levels.
- Strong initiative, solid judgment, and ability to handle sensitive confidential information.
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email.
- Ability to learn systems, processes, and procedures quickly.
- Self-sufficient, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task with little supervision.

- Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, pursue cost-containment efforts, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates.
