Trách nhiệm chính
- Coordinate and direct day‑to‑day activities of the work area, preparing for daily production runs and ensuring parts and materials are available.
- Ensure production schedule is followed, monitor production, and raise production issues as necessary.
- Prepare manufacturing production reports as required and practice 5S+1 in the cell.
- Provide work leadership by assisting team members to meet production goals, training team members on workstations, and coordinating training (team skill training, reporting, and OJT).
- Cover for other team members when absences occur and provide information and coordinate action plans at cross‑functional meetings.
- Resolve conflict within the work area and coordinate corrective actions with Manufacturing and support groups.
- Review employee attendance records, edit and sign off timecards with facilitator approval, and recommend vacation and personal time requests.
- Recruit, train, and monitor performance of Manufacturing Technicians.
- Ensure employees follow safety and ESD practices and interface with other personnel and customers to acquire information and correct recurring failures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
- High school diploma or equivalent education and technical school certificate or equivalent education and training.
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in area of specialization.
- Advanced reading, writing, and math skills (12th grade level).
- Advanced PC skills (keyboarding, function key usage, advanced mouse usage, opening/closing/moving/deleting programs and files using MS Windows) and proficiency in applicable Jabil software packages.
- Jabil QC certification required within three months of attaining the position.
- Knowledge of electronics component identification, proper handling, packaging media, and placement techniques.
- Ability to read and understand assembly drawings and schematics.
- Over 2 years of painting and equipment maintenance experience.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of coatings.
- Detail‑oriented, good communication skills, able to adapt to shift production.
- Candidates with Chinese communication skills are preferred.
