Trách nhiệm chính
- Capture and translate business requirements into functional specification documents.
- Collaborate closely with business users to understand requirements from “What & Why” dimensions.
- Work with technical/development teams as part of the SDLC to facilitate technical specifications, development, functional testing, and implementation/migration activities.
- Conduct bank user training and process‑led workflow (PLW) sessions.
- Support bank users in conducting SIT and UAT testing.
- Prepare user guide/manual.
- Monitor and control requirements by maintaining complete traceability, including business‑related non‑functional requirements, ensuring they meet the bank’s standards.
- Maintain records of user requirements, enhancements, change requests, etc., and project progress.
- Attain TLC certification as suggested by the Manager.
Yêu cầu
- Degree in IT/Technology related disciplines.
- Fluent English, both written and communication skills.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as Transact functional consultant.
- Good experience in conducting training & PLW.
- Good experience in BRD, BSDD, FSD, use cases, etc.
- Expertise on one or multiple modules listed below: AA Accounts & Deposits, Retail Lending, Core / Customer & GL, Operations (Teller, Cash Pool & Sweeping), Payments, Corporate Lending, Data Migration, Treasury, Trade Finance.
- Basic knowledge in overall Transact modules like Core, Customer, limit, collateral, etc.
- TLC Certification is mandatory.
