Trách nhiệm chính
- Lead requirements gathering workshops to translate business needs into functional CRM solutions.
- Design, configure, and optimize Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
- Oversee end‑to‑end CRM implementations including integration, testing, and data migration.
- Partner with technical teams on customizations and solution enhancements.
- Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing functional guidance.
- Maintain governance, solution documentation, and ensure alignment with CRM best practices.
Yêu cầu
- 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience as a MS Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant.
- Deep understanding of CRM configuration, security models, workflows, and process design.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate business processes into system capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management experience.
- Knowledge of CRM best practices, data integrity, and process optimization.
