description About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Phối màu và phát triển mẫu theo yêu cầu của khách hàng.
- Kiểm soát chất lượng nguyên liệu, bán thành phẩm và thành phẩm.
- Phân tích nguyên nhân lỗi và thực hiện hành động khắc phục phòng ngừa (CAPA).
- Tiếp nhận, xử lý và phản hồi khiếu nại từ khách hàng.
- Hỗ trợ xử lý các sự cố về màu sắc và chất lượng trong quá trình sản xuất.
- Hướng dẫn, đào tạo và hỗ trợ đội ngũ QC/Lab.
- Quản lý thiết bị phòng Lab và phối hợp công tác hiệu chuẩn.
- Lưu trữ hồ sơ, phát hành COA và lập báo cáo chất lượng.
- Thống kê, phân tích dữ liệu và đề xuất các giải pháp cải tiến.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng hoặc Đại học các chuyên ngành Hóa, Polymer, Vật liệu hoặc các ngành liên quan.
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại phòng Lab trong ngành Masterbatch, Plastic Compound, nhựa màu hoặc lĩnh vực pha màu tương đương.
- Hiểu biết về màu sắc, nguyên liệu nhựa, phụ gia và nguyên tắc phối màu.
- Có khả năng nhận biết và đánh giá sai lệch màu bằng mắt thường.
- Có kinh nghiệm xử lý khiếu nại, phân tích nguyên nhân lỗi và thực hiện CAPA.
- Có kỹ năng phân tích, giải quyết vấn đề và hỗ trợ sản xuất.
- Có khả năng hướng dẫn, đào tạo và làm việc nhóm.
- Chấp nhận làm việc theo ca.
- Có trình độ tiếng Anh cơ bản.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Biết sử dụng thiết bị đo màu (Spectrophotometer) là một lợi thế.
Mức lương
- Mức thu nhập từ 18 - 22 triệu VNĐ.

Hình thức làm việc
- Làm việc theo ca (8 giờ/ca) hoặc giờ hành chính từ 8h00 - 17h00 (tùy sắp xếp).
- Lịch làm việc từ thứ 2 đến thứ 7, được nghỉ 2 ngày thứ 7 mỗi tháng.
