Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all Store Design projects within the market.
Manage end-to-end project execution, including budgets, timelines, vendor management, and stakeholder alignment.
Act as the primary liaison with the RDDC APAC & TRWW team in Singapore.
Support business and brand growth by leading on-time, high-quality, and on-budget executions for store openings.
Drive alignment with local Brand stakeholders and manage Capex budget planning.
Coordinate PRF processes and communication between the Singapore Design team and local stakeholders.
Manage purchase order (PO) processes and develop project timelines.
Ensure execution quality standards, lead RFQ processes, vendor selection, and bidding.
Provide technical expertise for design implementation and cost optimization.
Review technical drawings for Tier 2 projects and below.
Manage store maintenance budgets, operational costs, and minor retrofit projects.
Ensure post-installation reporting, maintain project documentation, store photo records, and fixture storage catalogues.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in retail project management, store planning, visual merchandising, or event execution.
Strong understanding of retail operations, VM standards, and construction or fit-out processes.
Experience managing budgets, vendors, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
