Lead the wholesale function, developing and implementing sales strategy and wholesale account plans to achieve sales, margin, and contribution objectives.
Set and monitor targets for the wholesale channel, ensuring service standards and operational targets are met.
Formulate sales development, channel strategies, and annual account plans, ensuring execution aligns with brand and company strategy.
Negotiate and implement trading terms with customers to drive performance growth and optimize in-store execution.
Build and maintain partnerships with all accounts, especially alliance accounts, ensuring effective customer service levels.
Liaise with Marketing on merchandising support and inventory management.
Coach and guide the team to achieve daily responsibilities and objectives.
Lead internal and external communication on conflicting opinions and negotiate acceptance of new standards.
Evaluate and adapt existing processes and terms of trade.
Measure and deliver team KPIs.
Report on market trends and competition in respective accounts/channels.
Provide realistic business plans and sales forecasts.
