Lead the design and implementation of automated test frameworks and test cases.
Collaborate closely with software developers and product managers to understand requirements and identify test scenarios.
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to validate software functionality.
Identify, report, and track software defects to resolution.
Perform regression testing to ensure the stability of software releases.
Investigate and analyze test failures, and work with the development team to address issues promptly.
Define and implement test strategies, plans, and test cases.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior test engineers.
Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and technologies to continuously improve testing processes.
Participate in Agile development practices and provide testing input during sprint planning and retrospectives.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on test automation.
Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG).
Strong programming skills in languages like Java, Python, or similar.
Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Knowledge of API testing and tools like Postman or similar.
Familiarity with test management and defect tracking systems.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work effectively in an Agile development environment.
