description 직무 소개
Trách nhiệm chính
- Lead full lifecycle SAP FICO projects including blueprinting, configuration, data migration, testing, and go‑live support
- Configure core SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, New GL) and CO modules (CCA, PCA, IO, PC, CO‑PA)
- Analyze business processes and translate them into detailed functional specifications for SAP solutions
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans (Unit, Integration, UAT) and provide expert‑level troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis for existing SAP landscapes
- Train end‑users, create documentation, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (developers, BAs, PMs)
- Participate in solution demonstrations, effort estimations, and pre‑sales technical advisory as needed
Yêu cầu công việc
- 7+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP FICO implementation and support
- At least 2 full lifecycle implementations
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field
- Fluent in English (Knowledge of Japanese is a strong plus)
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
