Trách nhiệm chính
- Chăm sóc và hỗ trợ khách hàng hiện tại qua điện thoại, email và Zalo.
- Xử lý đơn hàng, báo giá và theo dõi lịch giao hàng.
- Phối hợp gửi mẫu và xử lý yêu cầu phối màu với nội bộ và đối tác.
- Hỗ trợ các hoạt động tiếp thị trực tuyến (Web Marketing).
- Tiếp nhận và xử lý ban đầu các khiếu nại từ khách hàng.
- Phiên dịch trong các cuộc họp nội bộ và các buổi gặp gỡ, đón tiếp khách hàng.
- Biên dịch tài liệu, hợp đồng, email và các văn bản hành chính.
- Quản lý thông tin khách hàng và tài liệu liên quan.
- Xây dựng mới, biên dịch và cập nhật sổ tay hướng dẫn công việc, quy trình vận hành của công ty.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Giới tính: Nữ (Ưu tiên)
- Trình độ tiếng Nhật JLPT N2 trở lên.
- Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm hành chính hoặc sales admin.
- Thành thạo kỹ năng sử dụng Excel.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Có kinh nghiệm phiên dịch.
- Có kỹ năng đọc và viết tiếng Anh tốt.
- Có kinh nghiệm trong ngành sản xuất, hóa chất, sơn, hoặc vật liệu công nghiệp.
- Có kiến thức về kế toán hoặc tổng vụ.
Mức lương
- Mức lương từ 16.000.000 đến 22.000.000 VND gross mỗi tháng.

Hình thức làm việc
- Làm việc tại văn phòng: KCN Hiệp Phước, Nhà Bè.
- Thời gian làm việc: 8:00 – 17:00, nghỉ thứ 7 cách tuần.
