Trách nhiệm chính
- Lead and manage the Fitness Centre, Kidsdom, and resort recreational activities to deliver engaging guest experiences, maintain high service and safety standards, and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Oversee daily operations of the Fitness Centre, Kidsdom, and resort activities, ensuring smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Develop diverse, creative, and engaging activities to enhance guest experience and participation.
- Monitor activity participation and identify opportunities to increase ancillary revenue.
- Plan and coordinate daily activities, monthly/quarterly promotions, and special events with relevant departments.
- Lead, train, coach, and evaluate the Recreation team to ensure consistent skills, service quality, and brand standards.
- Ensure safety protocols, equipment, facilities, preventive maintenance, and incident reporting are properly managed.
- Monitor guest feedback, Quality KPIs, activity performance, revenue, and operational costs; prepare reports and improvement plans.
- Manage schedules, supplies, purchasing, stock, budgets, and monthly forecasts while controlling costs and minimizing waste.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and ensure effective service recovery.
- Work closely with other hotel departments, Engineering, and relevant partners to ensure seamless resort operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager according to business needs.
Yêu cầu
- College Degree or above.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position in an international hotel/resort.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving, planning, and team management skills.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and spoken Vietnamese.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Internal candidates must have a minimum of 1 year in a similar position in a hotel of comparable category and services.
