Trách nhiệm chính

  • Quản lý, phân công và giám sát công việc của đội ngũ Call Agent.
  • Theo dõi KPI của từng nhân viên và của toàn bộ phận.
  • Đào tạo, hướng dẫn nghiệp vụ, kỹ năng giao tiếp và xử lý tình huống cho nhân viên.
  • Kiểm tra chất lượng cuộc gọi (Call Quality), Happy Call, NPS và VOC.
  • Xử lý các khiếu nại hoặc sự cố vượt thẩm quyền của nhân viên.
  • Phối hợp với bộ phận Kỹ thuật, Kho, Kinh doanh để đảm bảo SLA (Service Level Agreement).
  • Phân tích báo cáo, đề xuất cải tiến quy trình và nâng cao trải nghiệm khách hàng.
  • Chịu trách nhiệm về doanh số Telesale, gói dịch vụ và hiệu quả vận hành của bộ phận.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên.
  • Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí quản lý.
  • Giọng nói rõ ràng, dễ nghe, truyền cảm.
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp, lắng nghe và thuyết phục tốt.
  • Kỹ năng lãnh đạo và truyền cảm hứng.
  • Khả năng xử lý tình huống và giải quyết vấn đề nhanh nhẹn.
  • Kiên nhẫn, nhiệt tình và có trách nhiệm.
  • Giới tính: Nữ.

Mức lương

  • Mức lương từ 15.000.000 đến 20.000.000 VND một tháng.
