description About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Gọi điện tư vấn các sản phẩm sữa (Similac, Grow, Ensure, Glucerna) theo kịch bản có sẵn.
- Sử dụng data có sẵn được cung cấp 100%, không cần tìm kiếm khách hàng.
- Hỗ trợ giải đáp, chăm sóc khách hàng và cập nhật thông tin lên hệ thống.
- Đảm bảo hoàn thành chỉ tiêu doanh thu theo ngày, tuần và tháng.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Giọng nói rõ ràng, lưu loát, không nói ngọng và không có đặc giọng địa phương/vùng miền.
- Thái độ chăm chỉ, chịu khó, ham học hỏi và nhiệt huyết.
- Không yêu cầu bằng cấp.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Có khả năng giao tiếp tốt là một lợi thế.
Mức lương
- Thu nhập trung bình từ 10.000.000 đến 18.000.000 VNĐ/tháng.
- Lương cứng 7.220.000 VNĐ, không phụ thuộc vào doanh số.
- Thu nhập thực tế tính theo tỷ lệ đạt KPI.
- Có thưởng nóng theo tuần và tháng.

- Được đào tạo nghiệp vụ có trả lương trước khi làm việc chính thức.
