description About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Phát triển khách hàng mới B2B tại thị trường Việt Nam.
- Tìm kiếm leads thông qua các hoạt động triển lãm (exhibitions), referrals và outbound sales.
- Quản lý toàn bộ quy trình bán hàng (full sales cycle) từ tìm kiếm, tư vấn, đề xuất giải pháp đến chốt hợp đồng (closing).
- Chăm sóc khách hàng và phối hợp chặt chẽ với bộ phận Customer Success để thực hiện các hoạt động upsell.
- Tham gia xây dựng hoạt động kinh doanh tại Việt Nam trong giai đoạn Zero-to-One.
- Sẵn sàng đi công tác trong nước khi có yêu cầu.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên.
- Có kinh nghiệm B2B Sales và thành tích bán hàng tốt.
- Sử dụng thành thạo tiếng Nhật (trình độ N2 trở lên) hoặc tiếng Anh thương mại.
- Sẵn sàng đi công tác trong nước.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực Sales SaaS hoặc IT Services.
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc quốc tế hoặc từng sinh sống/làm việc tại nước ngoài.
Mức lương
- Mức lương từ 40.000.000 VND đến 60.000.000 VND mỗi tháng.
