Quality Control & Production Coordinator — Custom Cabinetry

Trách nhiệm chính

• Read and interpret custom cabinet shop drawings, verifying dimensions, specifications, take-offs, and cut lists.
• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections covering dimensions, squareness, joinery, gaps, alignment, finish quality, and colour consistency.
• Measure and verify every component against drawings, packing lists, and production specifications before crating.
• Inspect export packing to ensure correct labelling, moisture protection, crate integrity, and protection of finished goods.
• Visit partner factories daily to monitor actual production progress against agreed schedules.
• Identify potential delays, quality issues, and production risks early, and take action before they affect shipment dates.
• Work directly with workshop foremen and production teams to resolve quality issues and keep production moving.
• Maintain clear inspection records, production updates, photos, and issue reports.
• Provide management with accurate, timely updates on quality, production status, and shipment readiness.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 2–3+ years of experience in QC, production, manufacturing, or engineering within the wood/furniture industry.
• Custom cabinetry or export furniture experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to confidently read and interpret technical furniture/cabinet drawings and verify material take-offs.
• Excellent measurement discipline and confidence working accurately to the millimetre.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-through.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and basic production reporting.
• Own motorbike and willingness to travel between workshops throughout the working day.

Yêu cầu ưu tiên

• Experience producing cabinetry or furniture for the US or European markets.
• Familiarity with international export quality and packaging standards.
• Working English for reading drawings/specifications and basic communication.
• Experience with AutoCAD or cabinet design software.
• Existing relationships with workshops in Thường Tín, Thạch Thất, Hữu Bằng, Canh Nậu, Vạn Điểm, or Đồng Kỵ.

Mức lương

• Salary: 15–25M VND/month, plus performance bonus; negotiable based on experience and capability.
