Lead procurement activities to optimize costs, quality, and efficiency.
Work directly with the Deputy Head of Finance to optimize company profit regarding outsourcing and expenses.
Manage vendor relationships and liaise with vendors to meet business unit needs.
Oversee and ensure accuracy of procurement contracts in compliance with company policy.
Verify the quantity and quality of services/products purchased according to departmental requirements.
Define procurement terms and conditions such as delivery and payment terms.
Collaborate with the Finance department to ensure effective payment progress.
Handle other tasks as directed by the Deputy Head of Finance.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree.
At least 6 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.
Experience in Digital Marketing, preferably within Advertising Agencies.
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Strong command of the English language.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and work independently with minimum supervision.
