• Play a key role in understanding the needs of architecture practitioners and translating those needs into meaningful improvements across tools, processes, data, and platform capabilities.
• Work closely with architects, stakeholders, and delivery teams to shape and deliver solutions that improve practitioner experience, productivity, and the overall effectiveness of the Architecture Practice.
• Combine software development, AI‑assisted engineering, platform delivery support, and quality assurance to contribute to the evolution of internal tooling and ServiceNow APM capabilities.
• Partner across teams in Australia and Vietnam to deliver practical, user‑focused solutions that improve how architecture services are managed, supported, and consumed.

Yêu cầu

• Strong software engineering background with hands‑on application development experience.
• Proven experience working with source control and code repository management tools such as Git.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a strong command of English.
• Ability to present technical concepts and solutions clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across distributed and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong attention to engineering quality, best practices, and continuous improvement.
