About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Generate leads, close sales deals, and achieve revenue targets.
- Negotiate agreements and present tailored architectural design solutions to clients.
- Build, maintain, and nurture long‑term relationships with key business clients.
- Provide comprehensive product information and address complex customer inquiries.
- Mentor and support junior team members on sales and technical matters.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate business records.
- Contribute to regional sales strategies and business development planning.
- Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct cold calls and arrange appointments with prospective clients.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of sales or relevant experience in the architecture/construction industry.
- At least 2 years of management experience.
- English: Upper‑Intermediate level or Japanese: N2 Advanced level.
- Stable career history, with at least 3 years of experience at each company.
- Proven sales track record with strong negotiation, closing, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building skills.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, customer‑focused, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
