[ONSITE] Senior QA/QC Tester Engineer | Domain: Banking

Create test scenarios and test cases for new systems and existing system features.
Perform testing and document actual results as needed.
Report defects to team members, monitor resolution efforts, and track successes.
Coordinate with relevant teams to develop, update, and maintain test cases.
Analyze defects to determine root causes.
Ensure final documentation is usable and high quality.
Collaborate with system and development staff to collect and interpret technical information.
Execute functional and integration tests.
Support end users in UAT testing.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Test Leaders, and BAs during planning and reporting activities.
Perform other testing and documentation tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

English proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
At least 5-7 years of experience as a Senior Test or higher in a large foreign financial institution.
Experience with accessibility standards.
Experience with load, backend, and performance testing.
Excellent knowledge of software testing methodologies.
Excellent sense of quality assessment and quality improvement.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Self-managed and self-motivated.
