description About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Làm việc tại văn phòng, gọi điện theo danh sách khách hàng có sẵn do công ty cung cấp.
- Tư vấn, giới thiệu các gói cước ưu đãi nghe gọi của Viettel phù hợp với nhu cầu khách hàng.
- Giải đáp thắc mắc, hỗ trợ khách hàng đăng ký và hoàn tất thủ tục chuyển đổi/nâng cấp gói cước.
- Cập nhật thông tin khách hàng và kết quả cuộc gọi lên hệ thống.
- Chăm sóc lại tệp khách hàng tiềm năng để gia tăng tỷ lệ chốt đăng ký.
- Thời gian làm việc: Thứ 2 – Thứ 7.
- Giờ làm việc: Sáng: 08h00 – 12h00, Chiều: 14h00 – 17h00.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Trung học phổ thông
- Yêu cầu Nữ.
- Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm, được đào tạo từ đầu.
- Giọng nói rõ ràng, dễ nghe, không nói ngọng.
- Có tinh thần chủ động, kiên trì và định hướng thu nhập theo năng lực.
- Biết sử dụng smartphone và Zalo, Facebook.
- Làm việc cố định tại văn phòng, không đi thị trường, không chạy quảng cáo.
- Yêu cầu giới tính: Nữ
Mức lương
- Thu nhập bình quân từ 7.000.000 đến 20.000.000 VNĐ/tháng tùy năng lực.
Phúc lợi
- Lương cơ bản: Thỏa thuận.
- Hoa hồng: % theo doanh thu.
- Thưởng: Theo ngày + theo tháng.
- Được cấp sẵn data khách hàng.
- Không đi thị trường, không chạy quảng cáo.
- Có lộ trình lên Trưởng nhóm/Quản lý nếu làm tốt.
- Nghỉ Chủ nhật và các ngày lễ theo quy định Nhà nước (Giỗ Tổ Hùng Vương, 2/9).
