description About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Tìm kiếm, chăm sóc và duy trì mối quan hệ với khách hàng.
- Quản lý đơn hàng, theo dõi doanh số, doanh thu và tình trạng thanh toán.
- Tiếp nhận và xử lý các khiếu nại cũng như yêu cầu từ phía khách hàng.
- Phối hợp với các phòng ban để giải quyết các công việc phát sinh hàng ngày.
- Có thể đi thị trường tại các tỉnh lân cận bằng xe công ty.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng hoặc Đại học trở lên.
- Có tối thiểu 6 tháng kinh nghiệm làm sale B2B.
- Có kỹ năng tin học văn phòng khá.
- Sử dụng thành thạo tiếng Việt.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Ưu tiên ứng viên biết tiếng Trung (HSK3 – HSK4), tiếng Nhật hoặc tiếng Hàn.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong ngành cung ứng vật tư, máy móc thiết bị, gia công bộ dây dẫn cho ô tô, xe máy, điều hòa hoặc tủ lạnh.
Mức lương
- Lương cứng từ 12.000.000 đến 15.000.000 VNĐ/tháng kèm hoa hồng.
Phúc lợi
- Được đóng BHXH, BHYT, BHTN đầy đủ theo quy định của pháp luật.
- Chế độ nghỉ phép theo luật định và 12 ngày nghỉ phép/năm theo quy định công ty.
- Hưởng thưởng tháng 13, thưởng cá nhân xuất sắc và các hoạt động vinh danh.
- Các phúc lợi xã hội theo Luật lao động và chế độ riêng của công ty.
Hình thức làm việc
- Thời gian làm việc: Thứ 2 đến sáng Thứ 7 (08:00 - 17:00).
- Địa điểm làm việc: Phường Đại Phúc, Thành phố Bắc Ninh.
