description 직무 소개
Trách nhiệm chính
- Ghé thăm và chăm sóc khách hàng cũ, phát triển khách hàng mới.
- Tạo đơn hàng, theo dõi doanh số và sản lượng bán hàng.
- Trưng bày sản phẩm tại điểm bán, đảm bảo hàng hóa được trưng bày đúng quy định.
- Theo dõi tồn kho tại điểm bán và nhà phân phối, đảm bảo hàng hóa luôn sẵn có.
- Theo dõi việc sử dụng tủ lạnh và vật phẩm quảng cáo đúng quy định.
- Khảo sát thị trường, theo dõi hoạt động của đối thủ.
- Kết hợp với Nhà phân phối đảm bảo giao hàng đúng và đủ.
- Hoàn thành các chỉ tiêu về doanh số, trưng bày và báo cáo.
- Giải quyết các thắc mắc, khiếu nại của khách hàng nhanh chóng và chuyên nghiệp.
- Họp tuần mỗi ngày tại Nhà phân phối trước khi di chuyển thị trường.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Nam/Nữ, từ 18 – 35 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp THPT (12/12) trở lên.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và chăm sóc khách hàng tốt.
- Không ngại di chuyển, yêu thích công việc bán hàng.
- Có xe máy và bằng lái A1/A2.
Mức lương
- Lương cơ bản: 6.100.000 đồng/tháng.
- KPI: 3.000.000 – 5.000.000 đồng/tháng.
- Tổng phụ cấp: 1.822.000 đồng/tháng, bao gồm hỗ trợ xăng xe, ăn uống.
- Tổng thu nhập từ 10 – 15 triệu đồng/tháng tùy năng lực và kết quả kinh doanh.

- Được cấp máy bán hàng miễn phí, không cần đặt cọc.
- Hỗ trợ doanh số 3 tháng đầu ở mức 80% NSR.
- Thử việc 1 tháng, hưởng 100% lương.
- Tham gia đầy đủ BHXH, BHYT, BHTN.
- Hưởng các chế độ phúc lợi: thưởng tháng 13, quà Tết, 12 ngày phép năm, nghỉ thai sản.
- Được đào tạo kỹ năng bán hàng và phát triển thị trường.
- Có cơ hội thăng tiến lên vị trí Giám sát bán hàng.
- Môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp trong ngành FMCG.
