description About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Hỗ trợ Trưởng phòng trong quản lý và duy trì các hệ thống ISO, BSCI, Higg, SCAN, FSC.
- Theo dõi việc thực hiện quy trình tại các bộ phận.
- Kiểm soát việc ban hành, sửa đổi, thu hồi và lưu trữ tài liệu.
- Kiểm soát hồ sơ và việc tuân thủ yêu cầu của từng hệ thống.
- Chuẩn bị và phối hợp các cuộc đánh giá/audit.
- Theo dõi, thực hiện và đóng các điểm không phù hợp (CAPA).
- Đề xuất cải thiện và phát triển hệ thống.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng trở lên.
- Có kinh nghiệm thực tế trong ít nhất một trong các hệ thống: ISO, BSCI, Higg, SCAN, FSC.
- Đọc và hiểu yêu cầu tiêu chuẩn; chuẩn bị hồ sơ audit; kiểm tra hiện trường; phân tích điểm không phù hợp; lập CAPA.
- Yêu cầu giới tính: Nam/Nữ (cả hai).
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại nhà máy sản xuất.
- Đã trực tiếp tham gia audit khách hàng.
- Đã từng làm việc với BSCI, Higg, FSC, ISO.
- Có kinh nghiệm xử lý CAPA.
- Có khả năng tự chuẩn bị nhà máy trước audit.
- Có khả năng phát hiện điểm không phù hợp trước khi auditor phát hiện.
Mức lương
- Lương: 13 - 14 triệu VNĐ/tháng (gross).
- Lương tháng 13.
- Đóng bảo hiểm xã hội theo quy định Việt Nam.
- Đóng bảo hiểm: 85% lương chính thức.
- Review: 1 lần/năm.
- Kiểm tra sức khỏe định kì.
- Du lịch công ty.
- Các quyền lợi khác.
