description About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Làm việc trên kênh chat và các tác vụ phi thoại (email/webform).
- Tiếp nhận và chuyển các vấn đề của khách hàng đến bộ phận liên quan xử lý.
- Tư vấn và hướng dẫn khách hàng sử dụng sản phẩm (Ví ShopeePay, Đại lý Shopee…).
- Lưu lịch sử sau mỗi đoạn chat.
- Đảm bảo đạt các chỉ số KPI theo quy định.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Tốt nghiệp từ Trung học phổ thông trở lên.
- Có khả năng làm việc xoay ca ngẫu nhiên, không vướng bận lịch học/công việc khác.
- Sẵn sàng làm việc vào ngày Lễ/Tết và tăng ca khi có yêu cầu.
- Tốc độ đánh máy đạt từ 50 WPM trở lên.
- Kỹ năng viết tốt, diễn đạt rõ ràng và mạch lạc.
- Có khả năng xử lý nhiều cuộc hội thoại cùng lúc với tốc độ phản hồi nhanh.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Ưu tiên ứng viên đã có kinh nghiệm chăm sóc khách hàng qua kênh chat.
Mức lương
- Lương cơ bản từ 8.000.000 đến 9.000.000 VNĐ.
- Thu nhập thực tế là 8.900.000 VNĐ (bao gồm lương cơ bản, thưởng KPI, chuyên cần, chưa bao gồm các khoản phụ cấp).
Phúc lợi
- Được đào tạo CSKH miễn phí nếu chưa có kinh nghiệm.
- Hỗ trợ phí đào tạo 200.000 VNĐ/ngày, trả trong kỳ lương chính thức đầu tiên.
- Thưởng 500.000 VNĐ sau 30 ngày thử việc và 700.000 VNĐ sau 60 ngày thử việc.
- Hỗ trợ chi phí gửi xe 10.000 VNĐ/ngày hoặc gửi xe miễn phí.
- Phụ cấp ca sớm/trễ từ 20.000 - 30.000 VNĐ/ca.
- Phụ cấp thâm niên dự án từ 300.000 - 500.000 VNĐ.
- Phụ cấp ca đêm từ 30.000 - 100.000 VNĐ/ca (nếu có yêu cầu).
- Thưởng thi đua chất lượng hàng tuần, thưởng lễ tết và sinh nhật.
- Đóng đầy đủ BHXH, BHYT, BHTN theo quy định.
- Được nghỉ 12 ngày phép/năm sau khi ký hợp đồng chính thức.
- Được cung cấp đầy đủ thiết bị làm việc.
Hình thức làm việc
- Làm việc toàn thời gian theo hình thức xoay ca 8 tiếng trong khung giờ từ 6h - 23h.
- Nghỉ 1 ngày không cố định trong tuần.
- Nghỉ giữa ca 60 phút.
- Thỉnh thoảng có ca đêm 22h - 6h (1-2 ca/tháng).
