description About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Tiếp nhận, tư vấn và giải đáp thông tin về sản phẩm, dịch vụ của ngân hàng MB.
- Nhập dữ liệu cuộc gọi vào phần mềm lưu trữ.
- Cung cấp thông tin về chính sách dịch vụ tới khách hàng.
- Tiếp nhận thắc mắc của khách hàng và chuyển các đơn vị liên quan hỗ trợ.
- Vị trí không áp doanh số.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Nam/nữ độ tuổi từ 20 - 35.
- Tốt nghiệp hệ Trung cấp trở lên tất cả các chuyên ngành.
- Giọng nói chuẩn, không nói ngọng và không nói giọng địa phương.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt.
- Kỹ năng tin học văn phòng cơ bản.
Mức lương
- Tổng thu nhập trung bình từ 8.000.000 - 12.000.000 VND/tháng.
- Lương thử việc 2 tháng đầu: 6.500.000 VND/tháng.
- Lương cứng tháng thứ 3 - tháng thứ 6: 7.000.000 VND/tháng.
- Lương cứng từ tháng thứ 7: 7.300.000 VND/tháng.
- Thưởng KPI và năng suất lên tới 1.500.000 VND/tháng.
- Cơ hội tăng thu nhập từ làm thêm giờ (lương tăng ca từ 150% - 200% - 400%).
Phúc lợi
- Hỗ trợ đào tạo: 700.000 VND/khóa học (Đào tạo 1 tuần, trả cùng tháng lương đầu tiên).
- Tham gia các khóa đào tạo kỹ năng chuyên nghiệp.
- Đóng đầy đủ BHXH, BHYT, BHTN theo quy định nhà nước.
- Chế độ đãi ngộ: nghỉ mát, sinh nhật, hiếu, hỷ, lễ tết.
- Môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp với cơ hội thăng tiến.
Hình thức làm việc
- Làm việc theo các ca: 07h00-16h00, 08h00-17h30, 13h00-22h00, ca gãy 07h00-11h00 & 16h00-20h00, hoặc ca đêm (1-2 ca/tháng).
- Nghỉ 01 ngày/tuần.
