Trách nhiệm chính
- Phục vụ, chăm sóc khách hàng và tư vấn sản phẩm, chương trình khuyến mãi.
- Chuẩn bị và phục vụ đồ ăn nhanh, đồ uống theo quy trình.
- Triển khai các chương trình khuyến mãi hàng tháng tại cửa hàng.
- Thực hiện đổi, trả hàng hóa và giải quyết khiếu nại của khách hàng.
- Thực hiện thu tiền bán hàng và cập nhật thông tin lên hệ thống.
- Trưng bày, sắp xếp, bảo quản hàng hóa và kiểm đếm hàng nhập, tồn kho.
- Kiểm tra chất lượng và hạn sử dụng của sản phẩm.
- Bảo quản tài sản, trang thiết bị và cơ sở vật chất tại cửa hàng.
- Tuân thủ tác phong, đồng phục, vệ sinh cửa hàng, an toàn lao động và PCCC.
- Hỗ trợ nhân sự cửa hàng, tham gia đào tạo và thực hiện nhiệm vụ từ Quản lý.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Tốt nghiệp THPT trở lên.
- Độ tuổi từ 18-30 (ưu tiên dưới 25).
- Tác phong nhanh nhẹn, ngoại hình ưa nhìn, năng động và giao tiếp tốt.
- Đủ sức khỏe làm việc và sẵn sàng làm việc theo ca/ca đêm.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm tại các hệ thống như Circle K, GS25, Family Mart, Ministop, Highlands, Starbucks, KFC, Lotteria, Phúc Long (quen với POS, Food Safety, service).
Mức lương
- Mức lương dao động từ 7 đến 10 triệu VNĐ/tháng.

- Thưởng lương tháng 13 và thưởng thành tích tháng/năm.

- Được sắp xếp cửa hàng làm việc gần nhà.
Hình thức làm việc
- Làm việc trực tiếp tại cửa hàng thuộc hệ thống Winmart+ tại Quận 1, TP.HCM.
