Develop strategic partnerships with MCNs by conducting regular strategy discussions and designing tailored short and long-term growth programs.
Work closely with both internal teams (BD, Affiliate, Content) and MCNs to drive the platform's key initiatives.
Monitor commercial performance and spending of the MCN team to drive growth efficiently.
Drive insights, analysis, and develop recommendations for MCN in order to maximize growth objective.
Establish SOPs and policies to ensure smooth operation for MCNs on the platform.
Lead and mentor the team efficiently.

Yêu cầu công việc

5+ years of relevant working experience or in a role that requires stakeholder management/analytical.
Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders.
Strong business negotiation and resource integration capabilities, being able to directly negotiate with senior managers of partners and align internal resources.
Good business sense, strong affinity for critical thinking, hands‑on execution, and result‑orientation.
Strong project management and time management.
Fluent in English & Vietnamese (verbal and written).
