Trách nhiệm chính
- Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for mid‑senior and critical hiring positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, create job briefs, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, approach, and engage high‑quality candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, job boards, and talent communities.
- Ensure a smooth, professional, and timely candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Leverage recruitment tools and internal databases to ensure consistent, high‑quality talent mapping.
- Provide insights on talent availability, market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activities.
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and selection criteria.
- Contribute to workforce planning and help identify skill gaps and future hiring needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and recruitment standards.
- Mentor and support junior recruiters or interns when required.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 3+ years of solid experience in recruitment, preferably in IT, tech, or fast‑paced environments.
- Proven ability to fill mid‑level to senior‑level roles independently.
- Strong sourcing skills with hands‑on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of ownership, resilience, and ability to work under pressure.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering high‑quality results.
- Fluent English is a strong advantage.

- Experience recruiting for the Japanese or Korean market.
- Proficiency in Japanese or Korean.
Mức lương
- Salary: Negotiable.
- Pay: 10,000,000₫ - 25,000,000₫ per month.
