- Operate, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to maximize performance and efficiency.
- Perform routine troubleshooting and resolve equipment issues to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor production workflows and identify opportunities to optimize processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and achieve operational goals.
- Document and communicate technical findings and maintenance activities.
- Follow established procedures and protocols to maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
Yêu cầu
- High School diploma with 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Associate degree with no prior experience required
- Proficiency in using manufacturing tools, equipment, or systems
- Basic understanding of process control and troubleshooting methodologies
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety protocols
