- Support factory operational readiness by leveraging partner resources and ensuring ongoing efficiency from ramp to End of Life (EOL).
- Work with OEM partners to meet performance goals for End-to-End Yield, Scrap Cost, Quality, Turn Around Time and Throughput.
- Assist in communicating and mitigating operational risk; collaborate with OEMs on line bring-ups, qualification, material availability and quality issues; secure capacity based on forecasts.
- Prepare communication plans with cross-functional operations and demand planning; adapt plans as directed.
- Coordinate with OEM and Operations teams to prioritize critical shipments or orders and ensure timely shipping.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 1 year of program management experience.
- Experience managing programs in a technical environment.

- At least 2 years of experience in Technician – Supporting in Sustaining Operations Program for electronic product manufacturing.
- Experience working with international OEM partners.
- Experience handling technical issues in a cross-functional team to achieve product objectives including quality, yield, and cost.
- Ability to support and drive solutions across multiple cross-functional teams.
- Ability to attend technical conversations in English and Mandarin fluently.
