description 직무 소개
Trách nhiệm chính
- Build and maintain relationships with counterparts at customer premises.
- Actively update costs and selling rates in coordination with Account Owners.
- Introduce and develop relationships with customers.
- Provide quotes for new enquiries and lanes within standard KPIs.
- Prepare and submit official quotations to customers on time.
- Create necessary documentation for customer setup and shipment handover to Operations and other departments.
- Support customers during operational issues and handle escalations to Account Owners.
- Prepare information and respond to enquiries per management assignments.
- Support sales qualification tasks such as campaigns and cold calls outside of daily account management duties.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, logistics, or related fields.
- Experience in marketing, freight forwarding, or related business areas.
- Knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics services.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office, especially Word.
- High attention to detail.
- Good geographical knowledge, both globally and locally.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Minimum education: College degree (Cao Đẳng).
