Trách nhiệm chính

Build and maintain relationships with counterparts at customer premises.
Actively update costs and selling rates in coordination with Account Owners.
Introduce services and build relationships with new customers.
Provide timely quotes for new enquiries and lanes within standard KPI.
Prepare and submit official quotations to customers on schedule.
Create internal documentation for customer setup and shipment handovers to Operations and other departments.
Support customers during operational issues, providing solutions or escalating to account owners as needed.
Arrange information and handle special assignments as directed by management.
Support sales initiatives including sales campaigns and cold calling.
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
