Develop and maintain detailed customer databases for hospitals, private vaccination centers, PMCs, and CDCs.
Identify and classify target customers to maximize product impact and business growth.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the assigned territory.
Prepare and execute weekly and monthly work plans, including detailing calls and resource allocation.
Manage quarterly tender processes.
Ensure effective execution of sales and marketing programs and provide feedback to management.
Coordinate product presentations and consultations across hospitals and health centers.
Perform sales support activities including customer training, product launches, and updates.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and scientific background.
Ensure full compliance with the Company Business Code of Conduct and local laws.
