Trách nhiệm chính

  • Thực hiện hạch toán các nghiệp vụ kế toán phát sinh hàng ngày như mua hàng, bán hàng, thu chi và quản lý kho.
  • Theo dõi và đối chiếu công nợ phải thu, phải trả.
  • Kiểm tra, đối chiếu số liệu giữa các phần hành kế toán.
  • Lập báo cáo tài chính và báo cáo thuế định kỳ theo tháng, quý và năm.
  • Thực hiện kê khai và nộp các loại thuế như GTGT, TNDN.
  • Làm việc với cơ quan thuế và đơn vị kiểm toán khi có yêu cầu.
  • Quản lý hóa đơn, chứng từ và sổ sách kế toán.
  • Theo dõi chi phí, doanh thu và đề xuất các giải pháp tối ưu hóa chi phí.
  • Hỗ trợ các công việc hành chính – tài chính khác theo yêu cầu.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Ứng viên nữ, sinh năm 1995 trở về sau.
  • Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng hoặc Đại học chuyên ngành Kế toán, Tài chính.
  • Có ít nhất 03 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí kế toán hoặc công việc liên quan.
  • Nắm vững nghiệp vụ kế toán và các quy định pháp luật về thuế.
  • Sử dụng thành thạo phần mềm Excel.
  • Có khả năng làm việc độc lập, trung thực, cẩn thận và có tinh thần trách nhiệm.

Yêu cầu ưu tiên

  • Có kỹ năng sử dụng phần mềm kế toán hoặc ERP là một lợi thế.

Mức lương

  • Mức lương: Thỏa thuận theo năng lực và kinh nghiệm.

  • Được tham gia bảo hiểm xã hội (BHXH) và bảo hiểm y tế (BHYT) theo quy định.
  • Nhận thưởng vào các dịp Lễ, Tết.
  • Làm việc trong môi trường chuyên nghiệp, ổn định.
