description About This Job

Trách nhiệm chính

  • Kiểm tra chứng từ bán hàng, phiếu xuất kho, lập và xuất hóa đơn tài chính.
  • Theo dõi hợp đồng, đơn hàng (PO) và công nợ phải thu.
  • Kiểm tra hóa đơn, chứng từ đầu vào và đầu ra, thực hiện hạch toán nghiệp vụ kinh tế phát sinh.
  • Lập và nộp tờ khai thuế định kỳ (GTGT, TNCN...) theo đúng quy định.
  • Đối soát doanh thu, xác định chiết khấu và thưởng kinh doanh.
  • Đối chiếu, xác nhận công nợ với khách hàng và các bộ phận liên quan.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Nam/Nữ trong độ tuổi 25–35.
  • Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên ngành Quản trị kinh doanh hoặc Tài chính - Kế toán.
  • Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương.
  • Sử dụng thành thạo phần mềm kế toán.

Yêu cầu ưu tiên

  • Am hiểu ngành vải hoặc đồng phục là một lợi thế.
  • Có khả năng giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh.

Mức lương

  • Mức lương từ 14.000.000 đến 16.000.000 VNĐ.

Phúc lợi

  • Hưởng lương tháng 13, thưởng lễ Tết và thưởng nóng theo hiệu suất.
  • Đóng BHXH, BHYT, BHTN đầy đủ và bảo hiểm tai nạn.
  • Nghỉ phép 12 ngày/năm (tăng theo thâm niên), nghỉ hiếu hỷ có lương.
  • Các chế độ chăm sóc sức khỏe, du lịch hằng năm, câu lạc bộ thể thao.
  • Thưởng thâm niên, quà tặng sinh nhật/lễ Tết, hỗ trợ ốm đau/hiếu hỷ.
