Trách nhiệm chính
- Theo dõi, hạch toán và kiểm tra các khoản thu – chi hằng ngày.
- Quản lý quỹ tiền mặt, tiền gửi ngân hàng và đối chiếu số liệu định kỳ.
- Kiểm tra các đề nghị thanh toán, tạm ứng và hoàn ứng.
- Theo dõi công nợ khách hàng, nhà cung cấp và đôn đốc thu hồi công nợ.
- Lập các báo cáo doanh thu, chi phí, dòng tiền theo tuần hoặc tháng.
- Lưu trữ chứng từ kế toán một cách đầy đủ và khoa học.
- Phối hợp làm việc với đơn vị kế toán thuế.
- Thực hiện các công việc hành chính và kế toán khác theo sự phân công.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Nữ, từ 24 – 40 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp, Cao đẳng hoặc Đại học chuyên ngành Kế toán, Kiểm toán, Tài chính hoặc các ngành liên quan.
- Có 1–2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương.
- Chủ động trong công việc.
- Thành thạo kỹ năng sử dụng Excel.
- Có đức tính cẩn thận, trung thực và trách nhiệm.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Biết sử dụng phần mềm kế toán là một lợi thế.
Mức lương
- Thu nhập từ 10 – 18 triệu VNĐ, thỏa thuận theo năng lực và kinh nghiệm.
