Trách nhiệm chính
- Quản lý khoản phải thu, theo dõi và cập nhật công nợ khách hàng.
- Thực hiện đối chiếu công nợ và sổ sách kế toán liên quan.
- Quản lý thu - chi tiền mặt và các giao dịch ngân hàng.
- Xuất hóa đơn và xử lý thanh toán.
- Hạch toán các bút toán kế toán hàng ngày, quản lý sổ nhật ký và sổ cái.
- Thực hiện khóa sổ kế toán hàng tháng, quý và năm theo phân công.
- Quản lý và theo dõi dòng tiền.
- Hỗ trợ quản lý ngân sách, đối chiếu thực tế và phân tích chênh lệch.
- Xử lý các vấn đề thuế như VAT, CIT, PIT theo phạm vi công việc.
- Hỗ trợ kiểm toán, chuẩn bị hồ sơ, chứng từ liên quan.
- Tổng hợp, phân tích dữ liệu bằng phần mềm kế toán và Excel.
- Sắp xếp, lưu trữ chứng từ, hồ sơ kế toán khoa học.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Kế toán, Tài chính, Kiểm toán hoặc liên quan.
- Có kinh nghiệm ở vị trí kế toán công nợ phải thu, kế toán thanh toán hoặc tương đương.
- Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng phần mềm SAP.
- Thành thạo Excel và phần mềm kế toán.
- Hiểu biết về nghiệp vụ kế toán, đối chiếu công nợ, ngân hàng và thuế cơ bản.
- Cẩn thận, trung thực, có trách nhiệm và kỹ năng xử lý số liệu tốt.
Mức lương
- Thu nhập: 14.000.000 – 18.000.000 VNĐ/tháng (gross).

Hình thức làm việc
- Thời gian làm việc từ 7:30 đến 16:30, thứ Hai đến thứ Bảy (nghỉ 02 ngày thứ Bảy trong tháng).
- Địa điểm làm việc: KCX Tân Thuận, Quận 7, Hồ Chí Minh.
