Conduct property market research and data collection through internet research, phone interviews, site inspections, proprietary databases, industry publications, news, and other relevant sources.
Maintain and regularly update property and transactional databases, including conducting site visits and project updates to ensure market information remains accurate, current, consistent, and of high quality.
Support the analysis and interpretation of market data and contribute to the production of quarterly market research reports, bespoke research, presentations, and other market intelligence materials across assigned real estate sectors.
Support the Research team with proposals, capability statements, track records, client submissions, and ad hoc internal research requests, ensuring relevant information and analysis are delivered accurately and on time.
Collaborate closely with the Research and Strategic Consulting team and other internal stakeholders on day-to-day research activities, document translation, site visits, and other assignments while continuously developing your knowledge of Vietnam's commercial real estate market.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Statistics, Urban Planning, Business, Marketing, or another relevant discipline, with a genuine interest in developing a career in commercial real estate research.
Fresh graduates with up to 1 year of relevant experience in research, market intelligence, data analysis, database management, or another analytical environment are encouraged to apply.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and time‑management skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize deadlines, and maintain high standards of data accuracy.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with confidence working with data, conducting online research, maintaining databases, and preparing professional reports and presentations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English, with a proactive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
