Trách nhiệm chính
- Assist in the preparation of an area for a line move or process change
- Update the Product-Process-Time database (IEDB) as directed by the Industrial Engineer
- Update or create production visuals as directed by the Industrial Engineer
- Order, receive and validate tooling as directed by the Industrial Engineer
- Ensure standardization of Jabil processes throughout the site in accordance with global, regional and site direction
- Support the Lean organization by maintaining a solid process foundation and data integrity to support process improvement
- Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- For Assembly IE Technician: Assemble complex PCBA, System Assembly, and Box Build products according to approved Work Instructions (WI)
- Perform high-skill manufacturing operations requiring precision and technical competency
- Ensure product quality through self-inspection and in-process inspection activities
- Achieve assigned production output targets and support productivity goals
- Follow all approved manufacturing procedures, work instructions, engineering change orders, and engineering change notices
- Execute Value Added (VA) activities and identify opportunities to eliminate waste
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S/6S, and Continuous Improvement activities
- Comply with safety, health, environmental, and workplace safety requirements
Yêu cầu
- Understanding and application of a broad range of industrial engineering tools (e.g., work measurement, process mapping, facilities and workstation design)
- Eye for detail when updating data/systems
- Basic analytical ability
- Electronic assembly processes
- Basic knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and compressed air systems to support product assembly operations
- Quality standards and defect prevention
- Basic communication skills
- Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD
