Trách nhiệm chính
- Lead a department of 30-40 members across multiple cross-functional teams
- Hold final responsibility for team quality, delivery, and human matters
- Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and corrective actions in collaboration with SM/PPO/TA
- Ensure delivery meets or exceeds agreed timelines and quality standards
- Drive change management and roll out process improvements efficiently
- Facilitate Kaizen activities in Agile, QA, and engineering practices
- Conduct VSM workshops to identify improvement opportunities
- Apply A3 and similar problem-solving techniques to major issues
- Promote a data-driven culture with relevant metrics
- Develop people through coaching, skill assessment, and evaluation
- Coordinate with team leadership on people matters, resource management, and knowledge sharing
- Oversee 9-12 direct reports (SM, TA, PPO) and support them daily
- Report team matters to upper management as needed
- Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders to build trust
- Coordinate with other company teams
Yêu cầu
- High-caliber leader with servant leadership and strong management skills
- Mindset to lead Kaizen activities such as Toyota A3 problem solving & Value stream mapping
- Data-driven approach for effective management
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese
- 10+ years experience managing multiple complex technology projects with strong project, client, service delivery, and people management skills
- Excellent communication skills for influencing teams and stakeholders
- Accountable for planning, allocating resources, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed
- Strong exposure to Agile-based methodologies, SCRUM, and Change management
