About This Job

- Translate input and requirements from Dutch product experts into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria, including the technical and functional detail the development team needs to build and test.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams in Vietnam and the Netherlands to ensure alignment, efficiency, and clear communication across cultures.
- Leverage knowledge of finance including banking systems, to support product development with relevant insights and industry context.
- Act as Scrum Master for the team by facilitating Agile/Scrum processes, including daily stand‑ups, refinement, and planning sessions, and by removing impediments.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and innovation in business processes, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Manage product release cycles to ensure timely and smooth delivery of product increments, in close collaboration with development and product owner.
- Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence to support Agile workflows, enhance transparency, and maintain up‑to‑date project documentation.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 5 – 8 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Hands‑on experience with agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence) is preferred.
- Experience with Scrum/Agile is preferred; Scrum certification is a strong plus.
- Good understanding of the international financial markets.
