- Proactively engage and build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued from the first contact, whether in‑store or remotely.
- Deliver a personalized, client‑centric experience to foster lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
- Build rapport by discovering clients’ needs, desires, and aspirations, and demonstrate generosity to exceed expectations.
- Develop the client base by recruiting new clients and nurturing existing ones.
- Leverage in‑store technology to provide a smooth, pleasant, and relevant client experience.
- Collect meaningful client information throughout the journey to understand preferences and customize service.
- Provide useful insights on local lifestyle trends (theater, arts, travel, etc.) to add value to the client experience.
- Drive individual and collective sales results by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities in‑store and remotely.
- Provide exceptional client experience through hospitality, luxury gestures, and product rituals.
- Use effective selling techniques naturally, warmly, and elevated to drive sales and maintain a client‑centric attitude.
- Select appropriate products and use cross‑selling and upselling techniques.
- Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to create selling opportunities.
- Maintain a “One‑Gucci‑Client” perspective across all purchase locations and related transactions.
- Guide and inspire clients to make the best purchasing decisions.
- Foster open and constructive communication with team members, collaborating and proposing effective solutions.
- Participate in store operations such as stock maintenance and inventories.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures with a focus on loss prevention and operational excellence.
- Accurately process all POS transactions and capture client information.
- Contribute to upholding visual display standards.
- Follow company grooming standards at all times.
- Ensure optimal product levels on the sales floor.
- Manage general store administration and functionality.
