About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Responsible for the daily store operations.
- Provides excellent customer service and maintains a pleasant shopping environment consistent with brand image.
- Calls on current and potential customers to establish and maintain client relationship.
- Keeps customers informed on new products or services, changes, etc.
- Identifies and handles client enquiries and concerns.
- Executes sales plans and participates in marketing events and promotion programs.
- Communicates feedback gathered through in-store activities to store management.
- Keeps records and reports on sales activities.
Yêu cầu
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in high-end fashion, luxury industry or in similar capacity
- Have a passion for the retail industry with good selling skills
- Must be a good team player, pleasant, service-oriented, and have good communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Problem-solving skills
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Fluency in English is a plus
