Trách nhiệm chính
- Design the annual sales and marketing plan based on market research and analysis of national and international trends.
- Review and adjust the plan to achieve sales goals and improve results.
- Establish individual goals for sales and marketing managers to meet departmental objectives.
- Design the annual budget, including product and service goals and revenue targets.
- Prepare occupancy forecasts to set appropriate pricing policies for various customer segments.
- Provide marketing and sales information, statistics, and reports to the General Manager and Head Office.
- Attend key accounts, maintain contact, and identify potential customers and accounts within market segmentation and geographic origin.
- Ensure sales managers organize and execute client visits, review reports, and suggest improvements to achieve goals.
- Coordinate the hotel’s presence at trade fairs, expositions, conventions, events, and promotional tours per the marketing plan.
- Review negotiations, contracts, and client credits to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Review monthly P&L statements and identify ways to improve hotel performance.
- Conduct departmental meetings weekly.
- Monitor competitor activities weekly.
- Prepare and implement yearly advertising and promotions with the public relations team.
- Organize and promote special projects with the Food & Beverage Department to stimulate food and beverage sales.
- Ensure maximum online exposure with assistance from the Ecommerce Executive/Manager.
- Enhance the hotel’s image in the local community.
- Develop new markets.
Yêu cầu
- University Degree, Upgrade or Master in Marketing (advantage).
- Fluent English.
- Specific knowledge: Marketing plan, business plan, commercial strategies, and Opera system (advantage).
- 3 years in a similar position in large hotels or international companies.
