Manage strategic account plans for demand generators and oversee both reactive and proactive sales efforts.
Review STAR reports and monitor hotel market position and competitor strategies to improve occupancy, RevPAR, and market share.
Lead and attend sales strategy meetings, providing input on weekly and overall goals.
Develop innovative marketing ideas and deployment strategies to grow market share.
Act as the primary sales contact for the General Manager, leadership team, and corporate/area sales leaders.
Serve as the authority on sales processes and contracts.
Join sales calls to acquire new business and close deals.
Identify and coordinate public relations opportunities and marketing communication strategies.
Ensure execution of brand service standards and operational aspects of business, such as proposals and contracts.
Manage guest issues arising from the sales process.
Drive financial performance through revenue growth and expense control.
Build long-term, value-based customer relationships and partnerships with local organizations.
Represent the property at local, regional, and national trade shows and client events.
Manage sales teams, including setting goals, performance management (LPP), and training/coaching staff.
Develop revenue strategies and manage the marketing budget for campaigns and promotions.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales position as Director of Sales or Assistant Director of Sales.
Good English communication skills.
