Enhance search rankings and organic traffic through ASO, SEO, keyword optimization, and user experience improvements.
Leverage marketing automation platforms to execute retargeting campaigns and maximize conversion efficiency.
Measure and analyze marketing performance to ensure budget optimization and ROI.
Interpret market and competitor insights to drive strategic improvements in customer experience and conversion rates.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience in Digital Marketing or SEO.
Experience using Generative AI at work.
Strong customer focus and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Organizational and process-oriented mindset with the ability to develop and follow workflows.
Good command of English.
Minimum 2 years of management experience, preferably in the flight industry.
Proactive mindset, high sense of responsibility, and a strong desire for personal and team development.

Hybrid working model (flexible between office and home).
