Manage and drive the business department to achieve key performance metrics.
Develop, implement, and monitor annual business and expense plans.
Propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency and risk control.
Manage credit product delivery, including sourcing customers, processing loan requests, appraising proposals, and monitoring capital utilization.
Organize marketing and advisory activities for capital mobilization, payment, card, and digital banking services.
Promote sales programs, manage sales teams, and build cooperative partnerships.
Monitor customer segments, including evaluation and classification.
Ensure compliance with credit regulations, including document control and risk/fraud prevention.
Collaborate with relevant units for debt recovery and overdue loan management.
Build and protect the bank's reputation and brand image.
Manage human resources, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and team development.
Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports as required by management.

Yêu cầu công việc

University degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit institutions, including at least 1 year in an equivalent management position.
Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance control, and anti-money laundering.
Proficiency in financial analysis and credit/asset appraisal.
Understanding of macroeconomics and banking products.
English proficiency with a TOEIC score of 600 or equivalent.
Must meet regulatory criteria for anti-money laundering and terrorist financing prevention.
