- Assist the Head of Residential Sales in developing and refining sales strategies.
- Support business development initiatives to strengthen relationships with developers.
- Contribute to market research efforts to enhance sales strategies.
- Help build and maintain strong relationships with developers and key stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with the developers' sales and marketing teams.
- Support discussions and coordination with developers as needed.
- Provide guidance and share best practices to support the sales team.
- Contribute to fostering a positive and high-performing sales environment.
- Assist in evaluating sales techniques and market trends.
- Develop and implement training programs for sales agents, managers, and directors.
- Conduct project training to enhance understanding of residential developments.
- Deliver market training to ensure the team stays updated on industry trends.
- Assist in coordinating with the operations team to ensure smooth processes and support for the sales team.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
- Facilitate communication between sales, operations, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution.
- Support the Head of Residential Sales in various tasks as required.
- Keep up to date with market developments and competitor activities.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to align with company objectives.
Yêu cầu
- Minimum of 8-10 years in real estate sales, with at least 3-5 years in a senior sales or training role.
- Strong understanding of the Vietnam residential real estate market.
- Ability to support relationship development with developers and stakeholders.
- Ability to provide insights for sales strategies.
- Experience in guiding training programs for sales professionals.
- Strong verbal and written communication in Vietnamese and English.
- Ability to work on multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple priorities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to evolving business needs.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work across different locations as required.
