About This Job

- Master and communicate the benefits of GSK’s adult vaccines, leveraging scientific knowledge in all interactions.
- Analyze territory performance using multiple data sources to identify trends and opportunities, and develop multi-channel activity plans with clear, strategic objectives (ASMART).
- Engage healthcare professionals through effective, multi-channel detailing approaches, preparing impactful sessions and addressing objections.
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of, and compliance with, all relevant laws, codes of conduct, and company policies, embodying GSK’s vision, values, and expectations.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Pharmacy, Medicine, or related fields).
- Professional experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industry.
- Minimum 3 years of FieldForce detailing experience (Senior MCS level).
- Strong commercial acumen, scientific orientation, problem‑solving skills, strategic planning & execution, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
